We hold regular equestrian yoga sessions designed to strength, help make our bodies more flexible, increases lubrication to our joints ligaments and tendons.  By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body.  This helps with flushing out the toxins. Future sessions will include meditation and massage.
